Promotion and Bank rules

Promotion rules:
Member can be promoted for:
1.contibution to guild development (ideas, constructive offers, help)
2.special merits (fast and succesful lvling, improving in playing own class. Officers and GM decides about this type of promotion)
3.events and meetings participation
4.long and succesful being in guild.
Guild bank rules:
1.There must not be items lower that lvl 60 in bank.
2.Don't deposit food/drink that doesn't give +stats.
3.Don't deposit green items – ask enchanters to disenchant them.
4.Closed tab is available only for officers. If you like to have something from there – ask officers, could you have it or no. Depends on your deposit/withdrawal state.
5.Items/reagents/etc that are highest that character's lvl withdrawal is not tolerated – 1 warning for that.
